• Sell or distribute the digital file, even if modified.
• Resell, share, or give away any licensed items.
• Digitize and sell it in your store as an embroidery.
• Include the files in products as part of a free download.
• Claim 89 Designs images as your own, with or without alterations.
• Create new clipart sets, digital paper sets, digital scrapbooking kits or similar with 89 Designs images, with or without alterations.
• Lend, trade, share or otherwise distribute the original 89 Designs images as a freebie, download, or resource to others, in a set or individually. 
• Post 89 Designs digital files in Facebook groups, share, or gift.
• Sell 89 Designs designs on any Print on Demand companies' websites such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, TeeSpring, Printful, Printify, or a similar website. Therefore, you cannot upload our designs on these websites. 
• Re-sell our designs on Etsy, Creative Market, Creative Fabrica, etc.

89 Designs is NOT responsible for trademark violations. It is the buyer's responsibility to research new trademarks and copyrights for the products you wish to sell.
